Refund Policy

If after the Discovery session you feel it wasn't worth it, tell me within 48 hours and we'll discuss making it right or a refund.

If you let me know at least 24 hours before the session, we reschedule at no cost.

For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, we'll arrange based on the situation.

For the System Design package and partnership, refund terms are agreed in stages, proportional to the work delivered.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method, as quickly as possible.
