The same four prompts I showed on Instagram. You give them your resume and the job posting; they sit in the hiring manager's chair and tell you where you get passed over and exactly what to change.
The prompts are written in English because models follow them more precisely. The output is Persian, and the last line of all four says so.
Three things before you start

Open a fresh chat in Claude or ChatGPT and paste your resume in, or upload the file.

Paste the full job posting underneath it. Without the posting, all four prompts give you generic answers.

Send the prompts in order, 1 to 4, in that same chat, so each one builds on the previous result.

Why they pass on you

Act as the manager who posted this job at an Iranian company. You have a
folder of resumes and little time for each one.
Read my resume against the job posting and tell me bluntly why you would
pass on me.
List the reasons that would make you reject or hesitate. As many as
genuinely exist, and no more. Do not pad the list.
For each one:
- quote the exact line from my resume that caused it
- say what you concluded about me from that line
- mark it serious, a doubt, or minor
- say whether rewriting fixes it, or it is a real gap
Then tell me what would have to change for this to be an easy yes.
Write everything in Persian, the way people actually write in Iranian
workplaces. Do not translate English phrasing.
What it does: It sits in the hiring manager's chair and tells you which line of your resume gets you set aside, quoting that exact line.

Rewrite your experience

Rewrite the work experience section of my resume for this job posting.
1. Never invent a number, an employer, a tool, or a result. If a line
would be stronger with a figure I did not give you, write
[NUMBER NEEDED: the exact question I should answer] and leave it there.
2. Most resumes list duties copied from a job ad. Replace every duty with
what actually changed because I was there. If nothing changed, delete
the line.
3. Use figures where they are real. Do not force one into every line.
4. Put the experience most relevant to this posting first, even if it is
not the most recent.
5. Delete filler that could sit on anyone's resume. In Persian, delete
these phrases:
مسئول انجام / پیگیری امور / همکاری در / انجام وظایف محوله / آشنایی با
Give me a table with three columns: the current line, the rewrite, and why
it is better.
Write everything in Persian. Do not translate English phrasing.
What it does: It turns a list of duties into what actually changed because you were there. And wherever you have no number, it writes its question instead of inventing one.

Check the posting line by line

Compare my resume with this job posting, requirement by requirement.
1. Pull out every requirement in the posting, including the ones written
casually inside the description, not only the bullet list.
2. For each one say: clearly met, partly met, or not visible in my resume.
For anything partly met or not visible, tell me whether I can honestly
claim it from what is already in my resume. If I can, write the exact
sentence to add and say where it goes. If I cannot, say so plainly.
3. Then check what Iranian employers expect to find and my resume is
missing: city, availability to start, military service status where it
applies, contact details that actually work, and a clear job title at
the top.
4. Do not give me a score out of 100. Tell me instead which single
requirement, if I fixed it, would change their answer.
Write everything in Persian. Do not translate English phrasing.
What it does: It takes the posting requirement by requirement and tells you which ones you meet, which you don't, and where you can honestly add a sentence. Then it names the single fix that changes their answer.

The first lines of your resume

Write the short summary at the top of my resume for this job posting.
Under 60 words. Within the first two lines it must be clear:
- what I do, using the title used in the Iranian market, not my company's
internal title
- the scale I have worked at, whichever of company size, industry, or
volume is true and relevant
- the one thing another applicant for this job could not claim
- what this employer gets from hiring me
No adjectives about myself. Nothing that is not evidenced elsewhere in the
resume.
Give me three versions, then say which one fits this posting best and why.
Write everything in Persian, the way it is actually written in Iranian
resumes. Do not translate English phrasing.
What it does: It writes the summary at the top of your resume, gives you three versions, and says which one fits this posting.
One warning
Any number you did not give it and the model wrote is invented. Prompt 2 deliberately writes its question wherever a figure is needed; you fill that in, not the model.
